BAPTISM/CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATES

Baptism/Confirmation Certificates are available from the Parish office during office hours. Certificates usually take a day or two to process. If you require a Baptism/Confirmation Certificate please either phone or call in to the Parish office and leave the following details: 

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Date of Baptism/Confirmation (if known)
• Mother's First Name and Maiden Name
• Father's First Name and Surname
• Contact Number

You will be contacted when the certificate is ready for collection. There is a €5 administration charge for certificates.

Please note that Baptisms are usually only recorded on the computer a few weeks after they have taken place. If you urgently require a Baptism Certificate we can issue you with a handwritten one.
